U might check into the possibility of using an inverter to power it while traveling. Also if the inverter can be attached to UR tow vehicle so U wouldn't run UR batteries down-but if U did U could run a battery charger at night while running the generator.

I bought 1 from Walmart and 1 DTVPAL from Disk Network. There is NO comparison. The DTVPAL runs circles around the Walmart Magnavox.

I sure do hope tv will survive being digital but I still don't know why it was FORCED on us.If it is so much better than analog we would eventually go to it w/o being forced. Of course we are not forced-we can do w/o and let the advertisers do their thing w/o us. Personally I'd rather watch a fuzzy pic than have it checkerboard off on me. I remember growing up we only had 3 channels unless we turned off the lights and then we could see Sanford and Son on NBC. MAYBE just MAYBE digital will work out ok. If I can't see tv w/o cable then I'll just do without...At least I won't have to listen to all those advertisers.

I can't imagine REMOVING the bathroom but if U don't use it it would be fine but if U EVER sell the rv I would imagine it would drastically reduce the resale value.

I lost Midnight,a big blk beautiful lab, about 5 yrs ago...I still miss her and pray for her to be safe in heaven EVERY night. I doubt I'll ever forget her. We never get over our loved ones-even if they are pets.

I use a 40 yo remodeled Scotty camper. Mostly I like staying at Walmarts etc but if I ever do try to stay in a cg and they don't want me, the feeling is mutual. I use a generator and usually carry along enough gasoline etc for me entire trip. Sometimes though I plan things so I'm buying from Walmart while there. After all, it's only right.

Nope...I don't know what their power is in Atlanta but i sure hope something is done so we can still watch tv. If not the internet will be our ONLY way of finding out information in the country because I just simply refuse to pay for cable or satellite so I can watch someone try to sell me something-they say it's FREE TV but it seems like there are more and more advertisments.

I pick up Atlanta stations with analog but with digital I won't get ANY atlanta channels. Maybe now that tv stations will be getting less viewers they will lower their advertising rates? It only makes sense that they would but I bet they don't. We are getting the shaft on this deal from what I can see.

Competition will lower it...Check out rvdumps.com...But for no more than that I would think U could easily catch it in something and dump it in the toilet-just have to be careful. U might have to dump it in UR friends toilet. Businesses might frown on U bringing it in. UR friend might but being he is a friend he'd understand UR needs.

I had 2 buy one that's made for my generator before I got one that would be air tight and suck the fuel out of the marine tank like it's suppose 2...Not that I got it working though it sure is nice to not have to worry about the generator.

You could give up UR guns and let the law protect U as many would advocate but then again I don't plan on doing that. Just a few days ago the law broke in on a town mayor and killed his dogs. They said they had a no knock warrant but it took 3 days to get them to show it and they didn't even know it was the town mayor's home they raided-so how is it that they had a warrant 1st. Having a gun might mean I'd be shot-like the law did to a 95 yo woman in Atlanta-but I don't plan on depending on them for protection. No one will know I have it unless I do need it and my local sheriff told me that my rv was an extension of my home so it was ok for me to have one.
